- Owner occupied housing (single & multi family)
- Rental housing
This program is offered at no cost, however, participants must meet the following requirements:
- Live in or own property within the city of Utica, built prior to 1978
- Qualify as a low income household
- Priority is given to units where a pregnant women resides or a child under 6 years old lives or visits frequently
