*If you have already paid a contractor to complete critical home repairs due to storm damage, you may be eligible for reimbursement; refer to application.

or applications may be picked up at these locations (starting Tuesday, 9/17/2024):

Please note: Only completed applications including all required documents will be accepted. Applications will be reviewed in the order they are received.  Funding is limited and will be allocated until exhausted.
