Qualified first-time home buyers may apply for a second mortgage from The HomeOwnership Center to assist with the down payment and closing costs.

Energy Smart Loan Program

Home Repair Programs

Home owners needing emergency repairs may apply for a loan with The HomeOwnership Center.  HOC staff will evaluate and oversee your emergency repair by obtaining estimates, selecting qualified contractors and managing the work scope. Download our application today.
